CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We are Zusconnect Technologies Pvt. Ltd., doing business as Zusconnect. We operate the website https://www.zusconnect.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

Zusconnect is a platform that enables travel creators to sell itineraries and other travel-related products. This policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges for different services on Zusconnect.

2. ITINERARIES & STORE ITEMS

  • Cancellation and refund policies for itineraries and store items are set by the respective creators.
  • Customers must review the individual creator's cancellation and refund terms before purchasing.
  • Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be addressed directly with the respective creator.
  • Zusconnect does not assume responsibility for refunds or cancellations related to creator-sold products.

3. TRIP CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • If a trip is canceled by the creator, customers may be eligible for a refund as per the creator's refund policy.
  • Zusconnect does not process refunds for creator-canceled trips; refunds will be issued by the creator directly.

4. CREATORS' SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

  • If a creator cancels their Zusconnect subscription, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the duration of use.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period.
  • Zusconnect will process the refund within 7-15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR REFUND

  • For itineraries & store items: Customers must contact the creator directly.
  • For creator subscriptions: Creators must email support@zusconnect.com with their refund request.
  • If assistance is needed, Zusconnect can facilitate communication between the customer and the creator but will not issue refunds for creator-sold products.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds for creator subscriptions will be processed within 7-15 business days from the cancellation request.
  • Refund processing timelines for itineraries and store items depend on the respective creator's policy.

7. EXCEPTIONS

  • Transactions made outside Zusconnect's official payment system are not eligible for refunds.
  • Zusconnect will not intervene in refund disputes unless there is a violation of platform policies.
